MOBE helped patients achieve better health outcomes by providing coaching and guidance for living a healthier, happier life (with a lot less time spent in the doctor’s office). We created a campaign rooted in instinct with health truisms that every patient could connect with.
The MOBE outreach campaign used a multi-channel approach informed by customer journey research. By identifying key touch points, we were able to personalize our message based on customer engagement, demographics and interests. The campaign included email, direct mail and a premium package design for an introductory gift.
By creating messaging that simplified a complicated reinsurance process, we were able to clearly enumerate the benefits of the program, motivate potential customers and more effectively move customers through the funnel.
